WN Legal remains open to assist the community. Subject to any further updates from the government or the Courts, our practitioners will continue to attend to trials. However, all appointments with clients or “short hearings” may be done “over the phone” or via video conference.
All new jury trials in the District Court and Supreme Court will be temporarily suspended until 1 May 2020. A decision will be made prior to 1 May 2020 as to whether it is necessary for the suspension to continue after that date.
